Could your park be next?

Imagine that you are happily living in your mobile home when you are suddenly and unexpectedly notified that your park has been sold and you have 90 days to move out.

Across the country an alarming situation is taking place.

As land becomes increasingly more valuable, mobile home parks are being sold with serious and often devastating results to the residents of these parks.
Utah is no exception.

In the last several years an alarming number of parks have been sold.  Below is a list of parks that we know
have ben sold.

Chimney Ridge, Park Hill, Heathcliff, Blue Pines, Meadow Lane, White Manor, The Meadows, Pioneer Park and in Moab, Powerhouse Lane Mobile Home Park, Valley View in Spanish Fork one in Tooele that we do not know the name of and three in Hurricane.

This makes 14 parks that we know of in Utah.
